are delighted to work with Quesos de Leyva a small
family business who specialise in traditional cheese production.
Quesos de Leyva is a father and son team who operate
from their small family farm on the outskirts of Guadix in
the province of Granada. Ignacio Miranda de Leyva and his
father have been making cheese for over ten years and only
produce about 2,000 kilos of handmade cheese per year. This
exclusive cheese which is not available anywhere else in the
UK, is made following the highest standards of traditional
artisan methods and uses 100% pure sheep's milk from their
own flocks.
