Carefully cured for 36 months the Iberian hogs from which they come are fattened on acorns during the autumn and winter known as the “montanera”. Supreme texture, flavour and aroma from one of the finest hams direct from the Iberian peninsular. Presented in a black muslin sock with green netting and rope for hanging.

Flavour notes: Characteristic ruby red flesh with marbling fat. Pleasant aroma with delectable nutty taste.
