3 years, tended to only by the Maestro secadero.

Jotas Jabugo Bellota Paleta
Exquisite "5J" shoulder from 100% iberian
pigs fed on a diet of acorns. These shoulders
are cured for 30 months and have the outer fat
reduced. Exceptionally tender with a fabulous
texture, ruby red marbled ham with streaks of
fat, lingering aroma on the nose and palate.
Prepared
by the Maestro secadero these paletas are presented
in the 5J box wrapped in a protective muslin
