Fino or 'fine' sherry is the palest and driest of Spanish
sherries and this superb example comes from the exceptional
blend of palomino and Pedro Ximenez grapes. Established
in 1830 El Maestro Sierra presents this exquisite 'fino'
made with tradition, history and expertise which results
in a fresh, dry, crisp sherry which is elegant and delicately
aromatic. Enjoy chilled with a selection of Spanish

Maestro Sierra Oloroso (DO) 15 years
Oloroso sherry is traditionally a fragrant sherry wine
as a result of longer ageing. El Maestro Sierra oloroso
has been aged in American oak for 15 years to produce
a darker sherry which is rich, fragrant and delicately
scented. This beautiful sherry goes extremely well with
dark meats, Serrano ham and dried fruits or strong cheeses.
