hand made ceramics come from "Ceramica Gabarron"
in the town of Guadix in the Granada province of Andalucia.
Owner Juan Manuel makes all of his pieces by hand in
a small workshop hidden in the town centre. A true Artisan,
Juan who works by himself also sculpts and produces
striking pieces traditional to the local area, here
you have a selection of Juan's hand made ceramics finished
in his signature brown and green glaze. (Please note
that due to the hand made nature of these pieces no
two are "exactly" the same and may contain
rustic characteristics.) |

Olive
Server
Olive servers or "aceituneras" are very
popular in Andalucia. Measuring 15cm in diameter
this olive server also has an attached mini bowl
which is used to place the discarded olive stones.
On the base of the bowl you have "aceitunas"
hand written by artisan craftsman Juan Manual
to add a finishing touch to this ever popular
