A lovely piece of vacuum packed flavoursome Serrano
ham, around 1.5kg in weight this ham piece comes
from our 24 month cured reserva. The "Babilla"
is the meat from the top of the leg, once the
ham is hung for curing this part of the leg acquires
slightly more salt so the flavour is slightly
stronger. Easy to carve for the perfect tapa,
goes very well with deep reds or fino sherry. |

Ham Dulce (low in salt)
From Jamones Granadul in the Andalucian town of
Guadix come these unique, artisan, aromatic and
textured Serrano hams. Naturally cured in the
Sierra Nevada mountains these hams are low in
salt due to a unique curing process resulting
in a truly exquisite flavour. Only the female
hogs are used and each ham is carefully tended
to for up to two years. Grades are distinguished
by curing time with the reserva at 14 months and
the grand reserva at 18 months, there is also
the choice of a very special and old example cured
for 24 months. A premium Spanish ham for the discerning
gourmet. 7.75kg - 8.25kg approximately, 100% natural
