HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY FROM SPAIN?

Having your order delivered direct from Spain is not as costly as you might think. All orders are delivered via International courier, are fully insured and will reach the UK and European countries within 3 – 5 working days. We offer transparent flat rate delivery direct from Spain so no matter how large your order shipping remains the same with no surprises at the checkout.

Dispatch Time
All orders unless otherwise stated will leave Spain within 24 hours of being placed, orders placed on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday.

Iberico Hams
Iberico hams will take an additional 72 hours before dispatch due to being hand picked direct from the curing houses.

Delivery times are approximate, orders leave Spain via International courier and are fully insured. Please note we cannot be held responsible for delays in customs clearance, adverse weather or due to local and regional Spanish fiestas.

Christmas Ordering
Early ordering is advised. Workloads increase significantly during December for both our suppliers and couriers. We welcome pre-ordering where your purchase can be reserved and dispatched in good time for guaranteed delivery prior to Christmas.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order if it has not been dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@orceserranohams.com or call us on 0034 98065170. We will refund the cost of your order including delivery charge providing the order has not been dispatched. In the event that an order has already been received we will accept a return for all non perishable, unused, unopened goods, however the cost of return must be met by the customer.

Product deterioration

Orce Serrano Hams will not accept responsibility for the deterioration of products resulting from recipients being unable to receive their order. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that someone will be present at the given address entered in the shopping cart to accept any goods ordered. In the event that customers require an order to be delivered to an alternative address it is the customer's responsibility that in the case of cured meats that packaging is opened and left to "breathe" such is the nature of some products and is strongly advised.

Product appearance

Terracotta and hand painted ceramic products may vary marginally in proportions of glaze and pattern design, due to the nature of hand painted ceramics no two pieces will be exactly the same and may vary from the images published on this website.

Weights

The weight variation of our whole hams and other variable weight products is approximately (7-8%) We will always endeavour to benefit our customers by retailing a more favourable weight, for example if you buy a 7.5 kg ham in most cases it will usually weigh slightly more.

Product Availability

In the rare event that a product may be out of stock or unavailable Orce Serrano Ham's reserves the right to replace that product with a similar one equal to or of higher value to the original ordered.

Refunds

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a maximum 14 day window in which to contact us upon receipt of order. Products damaged in transit will qualify for an exchange or refund including transportation costs. If for any other reason you are dissatisfied, the product must be returned in its original state upon prior agreement by us.

Note: We endeavour to describe our products as accurately as possible and perception of our goods depends on the individual, such is the nature of our products, (i.e. excessive fat content will not be regarded as reason for refund). All returns shall be at the expense of the customer with the exception of damages resulting from reasons out of either party's control.

Orce Serrano Hams may provide information on nutritional qualities of certain product; this information should not be considered comprehensive nor a substitute for medical or nutritional advice from registered qualified professionals. Users of this site are at all times advised to consult a medical practitioner regarding health or dietary concerns.

Contract

Any order through our website will constitute your commitment to purchase the goods detailed within that order. Your order will be confirmed via email along with an expected date of delivery. Dispatch of goods will confirm your commitment and result in a legally binding contract between you the customer and Orce Serrano Hams.

Delivery

Orce Serrano Hams endeavours to dispatch all orders within 1 – 2 working days (Monday – Friday) however due to European holidays including Spanish regional and national holidays and destined country of delivery regional and national holidays Orce Serrano Hams is unable guarantee specific delivery days or times.

Health Notice

Some of the products supplied by Orce Serrano Hams may have been packed / prepared / cured in establishments that may also contain traces / or handle nuts.
