Ordering with Orce Serrano is quick and easy, our preferred transaction method is through PayPal. Making payments could not be easier . . . and you do not have to open an account either.

The great advantage of making bank card, credit card or American Express payments through PayPal is not only that it is totally secure but you are not giving out your card details. PayPal knows your card details and no-one else.

Do you accept alternative payment methods?

Yes, we can also accept payment over the telephone by credit card (0034 958 065 170). We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro, all transactions are secured through the Caja Granada bank in Andalucia.

You may also pay via bank transfer (please allow an additional 3 - 4 days for delivery) Please contact us for further details.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and should reach you within 4 - 6 working days. All orders must be signed for and are delivered by international transport agencies. If applicable, and to aid a prompt delivery, please inform us of an alternative address where your order can be left in the event that you may not be in to receive it.

Every order dispatched via courier / Spanish post is tracked; we will inform you of an expected delivery date with your order confirmation.

Can I receive my order quicker?

Yes, orders can be delivered within 2 - 3 days (at additional cost) should you require express delivery please contact us giving details of your required delivery date

Iberico Ham Orders

Iberico ham orders are specially chosen and will incur an additional 72 hours on standard delivery time. All Iberico hams are chosen in situ from the Iberian curing house to ensure optimum condition.

How much is delivery?

Zone 1:
United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal.

Zone 2:
Rest of Europe - including Ireland, offshore Isles.

*Norway and Switzerland - Any applicable import/customs duties and taxes must be met by the client.

Zone 3:
USA, Canada, Asia, Australia

*Please note that due to restrictions we are unable to ship cured meats to these countries.

Non EU Countries

We are more than happy to dispatch orders to non EU member states (including EFTA and Candidate States) although import / export laws may restrict the type of goods available to order. Please contact us for clarification on products available to export from Spain.

Customs

On rare occasions packages from Spain may be chosen at random to be inspected by UK Customs or border authorities from other EU countries and International authorities. In such cases deliveries may be delayed by 1 - 2 working days. Orce Serrano Hams cannot accept responsibility for sub standard re-packaging carried out by third parties nor for delay resulting from routine inspection from governmental bodies. In all cases we will endeavour to inform customers in advance of any delay.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order if it has not been dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@orceserranohams.com or call us on 0034 98065170. We will refund the cost of your order including delivery charge providing the order has not been dispatched. In the event that an order has already been received we will accept a return for all non perishable, unused, unopened goods, however the cost of return must be met by the customer.

Product deterioration

Orce Serrano Hams will not accept responsibility for the deterioration of products resulting from recipients being unable to receive their order. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that someone will be present at the given address entered in the shopping cart to accept any goods ordered. In the event that customers require an order to be delivered to an alternative address it is the customer's responsibility that in the case of cured meats that packaging is opened and left to "breathe" such is the nature of some products and is strongly advised.

Weights

The weight variation of our whole hams and other variable weight products is approximately (7-8%) We will always endeavour to benefit our customers by retailing a more favourable weight, for example if you buy a 7.5 kg ham in most cases it will usually weigh slightly more.

Product Availability

In the rare event that a product may be out of stock or unavailable Orce Serrano Ham's reserves the right to replace that product with a similar one equal to or of higher value to the original ordered.

Refunds

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a maximum 14 day window in which to contact us upon receipt of order. Products damaged in transit will qualify for an exchange or refund including transportation costs. If for any other reason you are dissatisfied, the product must be returned in its original state upon prior agreement by us.

Note: We endeavour to describe our products as accurately as possible and perception of our goods depends on the individual, such is the nature of our products, (i.e. excessive fat content will not be regarded as reason for refund). All returns shall be at the expense of the customer with the exception of damages resulting from reasons out of either party's control.

Limitations

Orce Serrano Hams may provide information on nutritional qualities of certain product; this information should not be considered comprehensive nor a substitute for medical or nutritional advice from registered qualified professionals. Users of this site are at all times advised to consult a medical practitioner regarding health or dietary concerns.

Contract

Any order through our website will constitute your commitment to purchase the goods detailed within that order. Your order will be confirmed via email along with an expected date of delivery. Dispatch of goods will confirm your commitment and result in a legally binding contract between you the customer and Orce Serrano Hams.

Health Notice

Some of the products supplied by Orce Serrano Hams may have been packed / prepared / cured in establishments that may also contain traces / or handle nuts.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us and under no circumstances do we share / sell / divulge any of your details with third parties.

Agreement

These terms and conditions including current website prices, contact details, health, privacy and delivery stipulations set out our agreement with you for the supply of goods from Spain in its entirety.

US CUSTOMERS
Spanish food to the United States & Canada (terms & conditions apply)

We are now pleased to be able to dispatch certain Spanish goods (gift purchases) to the US - please note that due to import and export restrictions full bone-in serrano / iberico hams and vacuum packed cured meats are not yet permitted to enter the US.

Delivery:

All orders are dispatched from Andalucia using Correos (Spanish National Post) and take approximately 15 working days to reach destination. Orders are fully trackable.

Transportation costs are calculated using the Correos website calculator, prices include tax and secure packaging.

Please note that given the time difference between Spain and the US we may not be able to reply to your order enquiries immediately, however we guarantee to reply within 24 hours.
