SPANISH MEAT RECIPES
Spanish
pork, lamb and beef recipes range from simple barbeque dishes
to regional specialities such as the traditional Valencian
paella, Fabada Asturiana and the famous Cordero Segureno
lamb roast from Andalucia. Pork and lamb recipes are very
popular in general Spanish cuisine and with so many cuts
available you can create some very authentic Spanish dishes.
Spanish
cured meats are also frequently used in cooking, serrano
ham adds flavour to many dishes from hot soups and stews
to cold salads. Cured sausages such as the chorizo can also
be barbequed, fried, as well as being enjoyed as simple
tapas on their own.

us by local tapas bars, our butcher and local residents
having been handed down through the generations. All recipes
