Serrano went down well and indeed was enjoyed by lots
of friends. In fact, a dear friend of mine was so impressed
that he wanted to order one as well, as we did together
last weekend. He went for one of the Ibericos, though,
will be nice to taste some pata negra since it's been

I will be the acting Cortador for the day, should be
