This
is one of the most popular dishes served in our local village
either as a starter or a simple tapa. The combination of
fruit and serrano ham is exquisite and must be tried.
You
will need:
half
a chilled melon, any variety except a water melon
thin
slices of serrano ham
How
to cook:
Remove
the seeds from the melon and cut into slices.
Cut
the flesh into cubes and cut away from the skin but keep the
cubes resting on the skin.
Gently
move the cubes alternatively from one side to the other.
