FROM SPAIN:
Barbecued
Mushrooms Andalucian Style
This
dish is great as a tapa or part of a buffet, the pepper and olive
oil really bring the mushrooms alive.
You
will need:
6
- 8 large oyster mushrooms (or 18 - 24 small)
Ground black pepper (a generous amount)
Olive oil
Method
- Cut
the mushrooms in half or into thirds, place on the barbecue,
drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with the pepper. (If the
mushrooms are small cook them whole.)
- Allow
to cook for a few minutes, turn over and repeat the process.
