Patatas al Estilo CanarioPatatas al Estilo Canario - Potatoes Canary Island Style

The famous Canary Island sauce Moho Picon is the perfect accompaniment to a variety of foods, not least potatoes. For an indulgent lunchtime treat or quick tapas, this dish is just delightful.

You will need:

3 or 4 medium potatoes,
Olive oil
Salt
Jar of Salsas de Salteras Moho Picon Sauce

Method

  • Wash the potatoes with the skins on and cut into bite sized pieces, then season with salt.
  • Heat enough oil in a large frying pan to fry the potatoes and cook for 10 - 15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Drain on kitchen paper and serve with a generous amount of Moho Picon Sauce.
