RECIPE
FROM SPAIN:
Pollo
al Ajillo
A
great way to liven up chicken for the BBQ, I have used chicken
wings in this recipe but you can used chicken legs, breasts or
fillets.
You
will need:
12
chicken wings
6 cloves garlic
Olive oil
Brandy
Salt and pepper
Sweet paprika
Method
- Peel
and crush the garlic and rub it over the chicken.
- Then
sprinkle with a little salt, pepper and paprika.
- Place
into a large dish and pour over a little olive oil and brandy
then leave to stand for about 2 hours.
- Grill
or barbecue for about 10 minutes each side or until cooked through.
- Serve
with fresh chopped parsley.
