Mackerel
and Avocado Toasts
Spanish
seafood tapas, more simplicity with great flavour! Here
we have combined mackerel with fresh avocado, good extra
virgin olive oil and mini toasts - ideal for tapas parties
and Spanish themed functions as an appetizer.
You
will need:

400g Mackerel
Mini breads / toasts
6 Vine tomatoes
2 Avocados
Extra virgin olive oil
Cracked black pepper
Method
- Carefully
peel the avocados and cut into slices.

Lay the avocado slices on top of the bread.
- Using
a sharp ham knife carefully cut slithers of mackerel away
from the skin and place on top of the avocado.

Cut the tomatoes into slices or quarters and place on
top of the fish/avocado.

Sprinkle with cracked black pepper.
