Sobrasada
with Honey and Kiwi
The
Majorcan sausage "Sobrasada" is a true delight
in the world of Spanish cured sausages. Very different with
a unique flavour and best of all its spreadable so ideal
for toast. Here we have a hugely popular and very simple
recipe for sobrasada on hot toast drizzled with honey and
topped with fruit. A Spanish weekend breakfast . . .
You
will need:
1
French stick cut into toasts
150g Sobrasada
4 Tablespoons honey
1 Kiwi
Method
- Toast
the slices of French stick.
- Whilst
hot, spread over a generous amount of sobrasada sausage.
- Place
one slice of kiwi on top of each toast.
Tip:
Well
ripened kiwi works best to compliment the sweet flavours.
