Stuffed
avocado with Serrano Ham and Allioli
Stuffed
avocados make healthy summer tapas and are very quick to
put together. The addition of allioli with a sprinkle of
paprika adds colour and flavour making these tapas a great
addition to the Spanish table with a tasty twist.
You
will need:

Avocados, halved
100g Hand sliced Serrano
ham
1 Tub Allioli
1 Tomato, finely chopped
Extra virgin olive oil
Paprika
Method
- Mix
together the chopped tomato and diced serrano ham.
- Place
the mixture into the avocado.
- On
top of the mixture place a good spoonful of allioli.
- Sprinkle
the allioli with paprika.
- Garnish
with more serrano ham.
- Drizzle
olive oil around the edge of the avocado.
