Bellota Ham and Quails Egg Tostada
Iberico
bellota ham is famous as one of the best hams in the world,
sliced thinly and left to breath you get those fabulous
nutty flavours and aromas. On its own jamon Iberico
de bellota is sublime however it can also be used
in various recipes. The key is to keep things simple and
let the ham do the work. This simple tostada makes a very
classy Spanish breakfast, is easy and quick to make with
a real flavour from the Iberian peninsular.
You
will need:

Slices of bread (French stick)
2 Quails eggs
50g Iberico bellota ham
Method
- Slice
the bread and toast on both sides.
- Hand
slice your Iberian bellota ham and arrange over the toast.
- Fry
both quails eggs and arrange on top.
- Serve
with freshly squeezed fruit juice for a summer breakfast.
