to pre order should you wish. Originally named the 150
Reserva as only 150 were commissioned this ham proved
so popular that the curing house regularly reserves a collection
of the best 8kg examples.

beautifully rustic Spanish ham with real depth and character
your reserva delivers a pleasant but not too over powering
intense flavour accompanied by a delicious texture and aroma.
From La Carniceria de Julian and unavailable outside Spain
the reserva is real treat for the discerning gourmet. Hams
are chosen by hand to order, tested for ripeness and wrapped
in muslin the same day they are dispatched. A piece of real

Flavour
notes & gastronomy:
Delicate,
mature, deeper colours, reliable depth. Stronger flavoured
ham so is well suited to good red wines, almonds and fruits
such as melon, peach and sweet orange or apple. Slice thinly
and leave to sweat for 10 minutes at room temperature to
enhance flavour, slightly salty but superbly balanced, lovely
depth and pleasantly aromatic.

Storage:
Hang in a cool, dry place. Once cut into your Orce Reserva
ham will last up to 6 weeks, smear olive oil over exposed
meat to prevent drying out and cover. Presented in black
netted muslin with full storage and carving instructions.
