Flavour
notes & gastronomy:
Pleasant
notes, fresh yet reserva character, medium flavour. Perfect
partners to the Sierras serrano ham are salted almonds,
marinated olives, medium cheeses or simply a drizzle of
good extra virgin olive oil. Although this ham is best reserved
for tapas it does compliment chicken and fish very well
indeed, try wrapping chicken breasts in thin slices or fish
fillet/monkfish tail to add a real depth of Spanish flavour.
