GLOSSARY OF SPANISH FOOD
In order to assist our customers and provide a useful resource for the Spanish gourmet food enthusiast we have created the Spanish food glossary below. The list is by no means exhaustive but details all of the common terms used on our website from products through to our extensive recipe bank. If you are looking for that illusive Spanish word (some are regional/Andaluz and may not be found in the Spanish dictionary) we hope that our glossary can help.
